- Unwind full-width spunlace nonwoven roll and divide the raw fabric into 12 independent material lanes at the same time.
- Automatically finish standard Z-fold (non-interfolded) for each single lane of nonwoven cloth, form uniform single wipe size.
- Adjustable roller spacing to match 35–80g/m² nonwoven fabrics of different thickness.
Outer Packaging Film Color Mark Tracking Sensor
- Real-time detects color register marks on printed OPP/PE/PET packaging film.
- Transmits position signal to Delta servo system to adjust film feeding speed, guarantee accurate alignment of printed patterns on each finished bag.
- Auto-stop protection when film runs out or color mark missing, prevents empty bag cutting and packaging material waste.
Wipe Stack Feeding & Bag Forming Inlet
- Collect cut folded wipes into neat stacks according to set sheet count, then automatically push wipe stacks into the packaging film forming mold.
- Adjustable green plastic guide rails to fit different folded wipe sizes, prevent stack tilting or scattering during conveying.
