Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes.We are a professional manufacturer of machine for more than15 years.

Can your machine be customized?
Yes, almost all of our products can be customized, including the sizes,color, logo, package and so on.

How about your package?
Our machines are well wrapped by plastic film to be water proof first, then loading and fixing in a plywood case. If by FCL(full container loading) we might use the wooden case.

How do you ship the finished products?
By Sea, By Plane, By courier, TNT , DHL, Fedex, UPS Etc.

What's the delivery time?
Within 15-35 days after get the payment

What is your after sale service?
Any questions will be responded within 24 hours by email, Skype, call or Whatsapp/Wechat. In addition, we have professional engineer available for overseas service.

Does it easy to operate and what can ido if it doesn't work?
First, our machine is stable and easy to operate by one man. What you do is just learn some basic thing like loading the jumbo roll paper, start the machine and cutting the paper. And we will sent you manual and video.we suggest you to come to visit our factory to learn more thing by yourself , and if there is something goes wrong,you can call us video-chat email us. And we will give solutions within 36 hrs.

If the machines spare parts broken,where can I get ?
We will give you the spare parts which is vulnerable, and some critical parts like gear box our quality is good, in case it broken within one year ,we will sent you for free.
