One automatic production line - greatly improves the production efficiency of the box factory

Traditional process, the production of boxes requires a complete production line, printing, die-cutting, gluing, corner sticking, molding, etc., about 7-8 machines are needed, and each machine needs to arrange workers to operate.

In this way, the production efficiency is not high, and the cost of investment is much, and it is not cost-effective.

We developed a new machine, a production line, consisting of four machines.

1. Glue machine

2. Box corner attaching machine

3. Robotic arms

4. Box forming machine

We need to put the die-cut grey cardboard and paper in the machine, and then the machine will make rigid box by itself

The top speed of the machine is 20 machines per minute

Minimum box size 50x50x35mm

Maximum box size 400x450x130mm

It is worth noting that the robot arm we use is a Yamaha brand, with a visual positioning system, and the machine can accurately place the box on the glued paper, that replace the labor and improve the production speed a lot.
