- Load large parent kraft paper rolls (max roll diameter 1300/1500mm) to supply continuous paper for the whole machine.
- Equipped with pneumatic clamping shafts for fast loading and unloading of paper rolls, greatly saving roll replacement time.
- Matched with magnetic powder tension brake to maintain stable paper tension, avoid paper slack, stretching or wrinkling during high-speed operation.
- Convey flat paper forward to the subsequent deviation correction station smoothly.
Deviation Correction Device
- Ultrasonic sensor detects paper edge position in real time, servo motor automatically adjusts the paper running track left and right.
- Correct paper lateral deviation to ensure paper runs straight without offset, guarantee consistent bag width and neat printing registration for pre-printed paper.
- Greatly reduce manual adjustment frequency, improve cutting and forming precision of square bottom paper bags.

Paper Tube Forming Section
