Product Introduction
The OR-1200 High Speed Automatic Hamburger Box Making Machine is an automatic paper carton forming machine designed for food packaging applications. It is used to produce hamburger boxes, French fry boxes, chicken nugget boxes, takeaway lunch boxes, cake boxes and other three-dimensional paper cartons.
The machine processes 200–620g/m² cardboard with a maximum thickness of 1.6mm. The supported paper size range is 100×120mm to 500×420mm.
How It Works
The machine uses an automatic forming process that includes paper conveying, pressing, gluing, creasing/folding and box forming. The forming and folding head bends cardboard blanks into the required three-dimensional box shape.
The electric control cabinet uses PLC, inverter, servo driver and switching power supply to control the machine's logic signals and motor driving for automatic operation.
