1. Some points to note when collating
(1) First, check whether the printed surface of each stack of printed materials is consistent.
(2) Check the number pressure. Check whether the ink color is uniform and the overprint is accurate. The error of the line, overprint, color and two-color overprint should not exceed 0.4mm.
(3) Check whether there are missing pages, residual pages, white pages, skew, etc. The leakage rate should not exceed 1‰.
2. Some suggestions for tension adjustment
Due to the influence of tension, the printed material will undergo different degrees of elongation, which is related to the quality of printing, coding and collating. If the printed material elongates too much under the action of tension, the overprint and number position will definitely be affected, especially when encountering multiple copies, collating will be more difficult and it is difficult to meet the quality requirements. For this reason, the author has a small suggestion.
When matching 4 copies of bills, match 3 and 4 copies first, then match 1 and 2 copies. Although the efficiency is low, the quality can be guaranteed. If one of the 3 or 2 copies has low tension, it is recommended to tighten the copy with low tension by hand after feeding the paper, and tighten it during high-speed feeding to increase the tension appropriately.
3. Daily equipment maintenance
The good operation of the equipment is inseparable from maintenance. If it is well maintained, the service life of the equipment can be extended.
(1) Regularly oil the oil hole on time. The places where metal parts rub against each other should be oiled once every 5 to 7 days, and the grease hole should be oiled once every 15 days.
(2) Regularly check whether the number wheel is worn or damaged, and oil the number wheel on time.
(3) Check whether the bolts on the machine are loose. If they are not tightened, tighten them immediately. If they are deformed, replace them in time.
(4) Use a brush to clean the moving gears of each part, add lubricating oil, and clean them once a week.
