1. Workflow of an Automatic Hot Melt Glue Paper Can Tube Sticker Labeling Machine

This machine is designed to apply labels (usually paper or film-based) onto cylindrical paper can tubes using hot melt glue. The labeling process is fully automated and follows these steps

a. Loading of Paper Can Tubes

• Input of Paper Can Tubes: Paper can tubes are fed into the machine either manually or via an automated feeding system. The tubes are then positioned correctly to receive the label.

b. Label Feeding

• Sealing the Label: As the label is wrapped around the tube, the trailing edge is pressed firmly against the tube, ensuring the label is fully adhered with no air bubbles or wrinkles.

e. Finished Product Collection
