Main Drive & Timing System
- Transmits power from the main motor to drive the large forming drum and all mechanical movements.
- The chain drive ensures synchronized rotation of the forming stations.

Pneumatic Forming & Actuating Mechanism
- The Air-SYA pneumatic cylinder powers the forming, folding or crimping actions to shape the paper cup/cake tray.
- Solenoid valves control the air flow to the cylinder, enabling quick, repeatable movements.
- Sensors detect the cylinder’s position to confirm each forming cycle is completed correctly.
Forming Head & Tooling Assembly
- Holds the forming dies, gears and rollers that shape the flat paper into the final cake tray or cup form.
- The adjustable guides and springs ensure the paper is folded and crimped accurately around the die.
- The gear system allows for fine adjustment of forming pressure and alignment, ensuring consistent product quality.
