Production Process
Step 1: Film Feeding
Plastic rolls (PE, PP, or other types) are fed into the machine's unwinding unit.

Sealing Patterns: Custom sealing patterns (e.g., straight or perforated seals) can be chosen based on the bag type.
Step 4: Cooling and Solidifying
After sealing, the machine applies a cooling mechanism to set the seal and prevent warping or sticking of the material.
Step 5: Optional Hole Punching/Handle Cutting
If required, a punching tool cuts out holes for handles in T-shirt bags or inserts hang holes for retail bags.
Step 6: Stacking/Batching
Finished bags are stacked in batches for further packaging or sent to additional processes (e.g., printing or perforation for rolls).
Step 7: Waste Management and Recycling
Trimmed plastic or waste material is automatically separated and collected for recycling or disposal.
