PLC + 7-inch HMI touch screen – Digitally set bag length, sealing temperature, batch count, and speed. Store up to 50 recipes. Real-time fault diagnosis.
Dual servo feed motors – Two independent servos drive pull rollers. Bag length accuracy ±0.5mm, range 70-600mm (the 600 max 450mm). No mechanical cam adjustment.
Cold cut system with Ma’anshan steel blades – Fixed + moving blade shears cleanly without melting or dust. Blade life: 2-3 million cuts.
Adjustable gusset unit (0-60mm) – Create side gussets or flat bottom bags. Stainless steel boards, handwheel adjustment with scale.

Heat sealing station
Independent heating zones (bottom seal + center seal or pointed tip). Stainless steel cartridge heaters, total 10kW, temperature accuracy ±2°C. Chrome-plated sealing jaws with PTFE non-stick coating.
