STEP2:positioning bound the cardboard and spine with the cover paper.

STEP4:Rolling press put the hard cover in the rolling press system,and the hard cover will be formed by proper pressure

STEP1：Hot gluing apply the adhesive to the back of the hard cover shell evenly

STEP 3:Electric edge folder Insert the cardboard into the folder part side by side, all four sides of the cover papers are turned-in.

* Light reflex checking, when the cardboard are turned-in, the machine will start and make the edge folded.
* Antidromic electric edge folder, it will be back on the position when finished edge folding.
* The size and the position of the edge folding can be adjusted.
* The edge folding pressure can be adjusted to adapt the different thickness of the cardboard.
