Product Details
Paper Stack Feeding Station
It holds the stack of raw paper blanks. The feeding mechanism takes one sheet at a time, and the side guides keep the paper stack aligned for continuous production.
Photoelectric Positioning Sensor
It monitors the position and movement of the paper. It sends signals to the control system to ensure accurate feeding, triggering actions like gluing or forming only when the paper is in the correct position.
Feeding & Conveying System
It transports the pre-cut paper sheets into the machine via a chain-and-belt system. The adjustable guides and pressing wheels ensure the paper is aligned correctly, preventing skewing or jams during feeding.
Paper Transfer & Folding Mechanism
It transfers the paper sheets through the forming process. The green belts and rollers fold and guide the paper into the forming station, preparing it for gluing and shaping.
