The production speed is adjustable between 100-320 pieces per minute (easily set to 200pcs/min for optimal efficiency), realizing fully automatic operations including feeding, forming, gluing, counting, and stacking. Adopting a PLC intelligent control system, it uses food-grade water-based adhesive for safe and eco-friendly production. Mold replacement is convenient, allowing quick switching between lunch boxes, burger boxes, french fries boxes, and other food containers. Core components (engine, motor, gearbox) come with a 1-year warranty, supported by 24-hour online technical service and pre-sales training.
