Film Rewind Temperature Control & Coding Module
- The WINPARK ZF5 thermostat precisely controls the heating temperature of the coding part, steadily printing manufacture dates, batch codes and expiry information onto packaging film.
- Adjustable mechanical knobs tweak the tension of packaging film rolls, which keeps the wrapping film flat during unwinding and eliminates film skew and creases.
- It synchronizes film feeding pace with the overall machine rhythm to guarantee accurate code printing positions on each wet wipe bag.
Multilingual HMI Control Operation Panel
- The Weinview touch panel supports three optional display languages: Chinese, English and Korean, catering to overseas operators from multiple regions. Operators set running speed, production quantity and other production parameters via the touch UI.
- Four independent LED indicator lights show the working state of intermediate sealing, main power, photoelectric sensor and cutting sealing respectively, so operators can quickly spot abnormal working status.
- Dual digital thermostats separately control the temperature of intermediate sealing and cutter sealing, maintaining steady sealing temperatures to avoid over-burned or incompletely sealed film.
Pneumatic heat-sealing cylinder module
- Driven by compressed air delivered through the blue air hoses, the cylinder presses down the heating sealing head periodically. It completes heat sealing for the three-side sealed wet wipe pouches.
- The detachable sealing head plate allows users to swap sealing moulds, so the machine can adapt to bags of different widths and sealing patterns.
- Pneumatic driving delivers stable pressing force, which prevents uneven sealing, wrinkled packaging film and seal leakage during high-speed production.
- It can adjust the downstroke and pressing pressure to match diverse composite packaging film materials.
