• The touchscreen allows visual adjustment of production parameters including output targets, spindle travel, start/stop commands, fault reset and speed settings. It displays protective door status and real-time operational data to help operators monitor production efficiently.
  
• The main power knob controls the overall power supply of the equipment. Two dedicated knobs toggle the two heating circuits separately. The prominent red emergency stop button instantly halts machine operation during emergencies to elevate operational safety.

• Serving as the central control brain, the PLC receives instructions from the outer panel and coordinates the motion sequence of foil feeding, stamping descent and sliding table movement.
  
• Built-in switching power supplies offer stable voltage output for the touch panel, servo motors and sensors. Circuit breakers and contactors provide reliable protection against short circuits and electrical overload.
• The bottom-mounted solenoid valves manage the pneumatic circuit, adjusting cylinder pressure and movement rhythm to realize adjustable stamping pressure for varied processing needs.

• It holds rolled hot stamping foil stock. A set of guide rollers straightens the running foil to prevent material wrinkling and lateral offset.
• Synchronized gear transmission realizes step-by-step foil advancement. Fresh foil sections feed forward after every stamping cycle to avoid defective repeated printing on the same foil area.
• Tunable roller tension adapts to gold foil, silver foil and pigment foils with different thickness and flexibility. It cuts foil wastage and is compatible with foil rolls in multiple sizes.

• Operators can pull the sliding table out of the high-temperature stamping zone to load and unload leather, gift cardboard and other workpieces conveniently, which greatly lowers the risk of scald injuries. Detachable wooden blocks raise workpieces to fit products of varying thickness.
• Freely adjustable gooseneck nozzles direct cooling airflow accurately. Rapid air cooling solidifies transferred foil immediately after stamping, preventing smudges and position shifts of freshly printed logos.
