The machine is Three side sealing Plastic Bag Making Machinery,which suitable for BOPP,CPP,PET,PVC and nylon and other aluminized composite film and Paper-plastic composite film,the new sealing device. The whole machine runs smoothly with low noise, and adopts PLC double servo traction control, so that the materials on the discharge and overhead are continuously pulled forward by the third traction motor at constant speed. The temperature is centrally controlled by computer, reducing electricity consumption.

1. Feeding of Raw Material

• Plastic Film Roll Loading: The process begins by loading a roll of plastic film (such as polyethylene or polypropylene) onto the machine. The film can be made from virgin plastic or recycled materials.
• Automatic Film Feeding: The machine automatically feeds the plastic film into the processing section through a series of rollers that ensure smooth and tension-controlled feeding.

2. Printing (Optional)

4. Bag Sealing

• Heat Sealing: The machine creates bag seals using heat sealing bars. These bars press the plastic film together under heat, bonding the layers of the film at specific points, such as the bottom or sides of the bag.
• Cutting and Sealing in One Step: In many machines, sealing and cutting occur in the same step, ensuring that each bag is sealed and cut simultaneously at the correct length.
• Adjustable Sealing: The temperature and pressure of the heat sealers can be adjusted depending on the type of plastic being used to ensure strong, durable seals.

5. Bag Cutting

• Bag Length Control: The length of the bag is controlled by a sensor or PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which ensures that the bag is cut to the desired size.
• Perforation Cutting (Optional): For roll-type bags, like garbage bags, perforation cutting is applied so that individual bags can be easily torn off a roll.
• Handle Cutting (T-shirt Bags): For T-shirt bags, the machine uses a die-cutting mechanism to cut out the bag handles in the correct shape.
