This PRINCE-FD series square bottom paper bag machine produces 30-220 block bottom paper bags per minute from kraft paper or printed paper rolls.
- High speed up to 220 bags/min – This square bottom paper bag machine delivers industry-leading speed. Mechanical speed reaches 220 pcs/min. Daily output up to 130,000 bags (10 hours). Ideal for large-scale paper bag production.
- Three models for different bag sizes – FD350 (width 130-350mm), FD450 (width 210-430mm), FD550 (width 240-550mm). This paper bag machine square bottom covers all common shopping bag and food bag sizes.
- Servo edge correction – Reduces paper roll alignment adjustment time. Keeps paper running straight for accurate bag cutting.
- Premium components – Mitsubishi servo motors and drives, SICK sensors, Schneider electrical, ABB frequency converters, NSK bearings, AirTAC pneumatic components. Built for reliability and long service life.
