This JD-260B/350B dual-model high-speed V bottom paper bag machine adopts Mitsubishi servo & SICK color mark sensor, runs 100–600 pcs/min, and produces food-grade pointed kraft bags for bakery, snacks, coffee and retail packaging.
- Ultra-high speed up to 600 bags/min – This V bottom paper bag making machine delivers industry-leading speed. Daily output reaches 360,000 bags (10 hours). Ideal for large-scale paper bag production.
- Fully automatic one-line process – This automatic paper bag making machine integrates perforation, edge gluing, folding, cutting, bottom forming, and bag output. One operator runs the entire line.
- Hydraulic lift unwinding – Hydraulic lifting structure reduces paper roll loading time. Automatic constant tension control maintains consistent paper feed.
- Brushless servo edge correction – Reduces paper roll alignment adjustment time. Keeps paper running straight for accurate bag cutting.
- Wide bag size range – Bag length 100-380mm, bag width 80-250mm, gusset 20-110mm. Paper width 160-780mm. This kraft paper bag machine handles various bag sizes for different applications.
