This time, we are going to share the case of the Russian reflective film machine project program:
Project Background: At the end of 2023, Zhengzhou ZOMAGTC Technology Co., Ltd (“ZOMAGTC”) of China signed a contract with a Russian manufacturer for the export of a state-of-the-art production line for microprismatic reflective films to Russia.
Objectives and Challenges: ZOMAGTC's objective was to provide its Russian partner with an efficient, stable microprismatic reflective film production solution that meets international safety standards.
The main challenges include:
1. Customization requirements: detailed and accurate structural drawings of the customized machine.
2. Schematic illustrations: detailed descriptions of each part of the machine, detailed electronic manuals.
3. logistics and installation: transportation and on-site installation and commissioning across thousands of kilometers.
4. Training and technical support: Operational training and technical support for Russian employees.
Solution and Implementation: To overcome the above challenges, ZOMAGTC took the following measures:
1.Customized design: Work closely with the Russian customer, i.e. the engineer and the person in charge of the project, to optimize and customize the design of the production line according to their specific needs, including the plate design, the shape of the micro-prismatic reflective film; docking with the customer and the CEO to come to China to see the machine in person, test the samples, and the customer left with satisfaction and made an advance payment.
2. Schematic explanation: Our designers provide customers with detailed and accurate structural diagrams of the customized machine, detailed descriptions of each part of the machine, electronic manuals, etc., to improve the customer's understanding of the machine.
3. Professional logistics and installation: choose experienced international logistics company to be responsible for the cross-border transportation of the equipment, and at the same time, send technicians to Russia for on-site guidance of installation and debugging to ensure the smooth start of the production line.
4. Training and after-sales service: After the installation is completed, a one-week training course is organized to teach Russian employees how to operate and maintain the machines.
In addition, a remote technical support system was set up to solve any technical problems in a timely manner.
Results and feedback: The project was successfully completed in early 2024 and the production line is up and running. Initial tests showed that the productivity and quality of the microprismatic reflective film exceeded expectations. The Russian customer highly appreciated ZOMAGTC's technical strength and service attitude, and expressed their willingness to continue to deepen their cooperation in the future.
