Product Description
The 4 color Offset Printing Machine (model PR-470) is an Automatic Offset Printing Machine designed for professional offset printing. As a reliable Offset Printer, it supports multicolor printing with paper weights ranging from 28-300g/m², featuring a maximum sheet size of 620450mm, printing area of 600400mm, and adjustable speed of 2000-7000pcs/h to fit different output demands.
This offset printing machine is equipped with a 610480mm plate, 620475mm blanket, three ink form rollers, and two water form rollers. Powered by a 3KW main motor and 0.55KW air-pump motor, it operates at 380V/50HZ, with overall dimensions of 480012001600mm and a weight of 2800KG, ensuring stable performance for high-volume offset printing tasks.
Product Features
The offset printing machine adopts rubber rollers with three-point suspension technology and pneumatic clutch pressure, ensuring accurate pressure adjustment and protecting roller bearings of the 4 color offset printing machine.
This 4 color offset printing machine is equipped with a self-lubrication system and synchronization hydropower function, maintaining stable operation of the Offset Printer even during long-term high-intensity work.
The ink supply unit of the offset printing machine has 15 rollers (including 4 with different diameters), with independent ink duct adjustment for uniform ink supply to support high-quality offset printing.
The offset printing machine features a high-quality feeding system for smooth paper feeding and semi-automatic electronic plate loading/adjustment, lowering operator requirements and improving the efficiency of the Offset Printer.
