Features of Automatic Butterfly Photo Book Binding Making Machine
This machine applies in automatic paper feeding system, gluing automatically, pressing and trimming the layers from three sides automatically and making one album automatically together. This machine makes the collected layers to be paste done book block by using the Cold glue. Every book block will be separated.
Working Process:
The workers put the collected layers on the working table. By using the paper feeding, from up to down,paper sending system lead every layer to be gluing on the unilateral gluing equipment. And the first layer of every book will not be gluing so that everybook block will be separated naturally. All of the layers will be sent to the book delivery table from the suction cylinder,the book spine is towards the ground, when one book block is finished, it will be pressed tightly from three directions by the swing pressing board.Then the finished products are one pile of the precise size and the trimmed edge square book blocks.This machine uses touch screen to adjust the size easily and the operation is also easy.
Note:
One suggestion for the customers is to press the finished book blocks over half hour by using the
Pressing Machine in order to make the finished photo books gluing more tightly and make the binding function more perfectly.
