- Automatic inner box assembly – Most drawer box machines only form the outer shell. This machine integrates an inner drawer assembly station. After edge wrapping, it automatically inserts and positions the inner drawer – saving a separate assembly step.

After the box forming and gluing process, this unit presses the outer paper firmly onto the cardboard core. It eliminates air bubbles and wrinkles, ensuring a smooth, flat, and wrinkle-free surface on the finished drawer box.
First Glue Spraying with Dual Photoelectric Detection
It applies the first layer of glue to the outer paper before forming. The dual photoelectric sensors detect the paper’s position precisely, triggering the glue spray at the exact location. This ensures accurate and even glue application for strong, consistent bonding.
Servo Motor Controlled Paper Feed Unit
It feeds the raw paper sheets into the machine. The servo-driven system provides precise control over the feeding speed and position, preventing double sheets or misfeeds. This ensures a continuous, stable supply of paper for the forming process.
Inner Box Transfer and Precision Placement Unit
