Feeding Inlet & Automatic Material Conveying Station
It continuously and stably conveys pre-folded grey board bases, cover face paper and box components into the subsequent processing stations at a constant speed.
Automatic Gluing Dispensing System
The servo moving gantry accurately moves the glue nozzle to apply glue evenly on the designated areas of book box cover, lining paper and grey board base according to preset paths, realizing fully automatic precise gluing instead of manual operation.
Cable Drag Chain & Servo Motion Drive System
The closed drag chain neatly accommodates internal power wires, signal cables and air tubes. It protects cables from friction, pulling, bending damage and aging during high-speed reciprocating movement, greatly extends cable service life.
Pneumatic Vacuum Suction Positioning Unit
The vacuum suction nozzles generate negative pressure to stably absorb grey board base and book box components from the feeding station, avoid slipping and falling during transferring.
