PRINCE delivers production line to Ukrainian customer

一、 Targets and challenges:

1. The customer's needs are not clear, neither the chosen material (cardboard or kraft paper), nor the size of the round box, and different materials need to be matched with the corresponding machine, which requires Alice Zhu to provide a variety of solutions for consideration.

2. Customer misconceptions about the limitations of tube labelers and tube crimpers and their inability to handle the production of large-format round boxes required Alice Zhu to collaborate with the factory to explore alternative or customized solutions.

二、Solution:

1.Alice Zhu carefully prepared a proposal for the production of round boxes based on two materials (cardboard and kraft), explaining in detail the production process and advantages of each. This series of educational communication helped the customer to decide to use kraft paper as the raw material and to clarify the range of diameters and heights of the round boxes. Alice Zhu then introduced the suitable paper tube machine and paper tube cutter according to the customer's new requirements.

2. For the production of large size round boxes, Alice Zhu worked closely with the factory and confirmed the factory's ability to provide ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) customized design and manufacturing services. After getting a positive reply from the factory, Alice Zhu provided the customer with detailed machine parameters and quotations. After several rounds of meticulous communication, the customer was satisfied with the details of the machine and finally confirmed the order and completed the payment of the advance.
