The feeder adopts a welded structure body, and the upper and lower planes of the large machining center are processed to ensure the accuracy. The uncoiling part uses a safety chuck to load the aluminum foil roll, and is equipped with an inflatable air expansion shaft. The oil tank is assembled with multi roll shafts on the same plate to ensure the accuracy. The oil tank is equipped with automatic oil supply and oil filter loading. The tension is automatically controlled by ultrasonic probe and PLC, which is convenient to set, safe and reliable. The feeding head frame is controlled by servo system, the height adjustment is automatically controlled, and the front and rear guide rails are manually controlled.
