PJ360A/PJ360B Automatic Pressing and Joint Pressing Machine

Input the book thickness, pressing and joint pressing will be finished automatically.

Suitable for forming the hinge shape and pressing the hard cover books.

Press mode, joint pressing mode and heating mode can be choosed separately.

PJ360A is penumatic type and PJ360B is hydraulic type. Stable operation, Pressure is evenly and adjustable.

Human-computer interface, touchable display screen, PLC control system.

PLC control system, input the book thickness and machine will calculate the press position automatically.

Adopted penumatic type, smooth running and the pressure is evenly and adjustable. (Hydraulic type is in optional)

It is easy to set the parameters of book thickness, pressing time, Auto/manual mode switch and running mode by the touchable operation interface. Background ruuning data records the working efficiency.
