Description

ZM-SSK360A Casing-in machine

  Casing-in the book blocks and hard covers perfectly. Suitable for making multispecies and short to medium run of hard cover books and photobooks. Both side uniformly gluing, end papers pasting and casing-in automatically with high consistency and rate of finished porducts. Easy to adjust the thickness of the glue and books.

 

  According the length and thickness of the book block, PLC control system adjusts the casing-in position, glue position and dwell time automatically.

 

 Running speed, mode switch (Auto/manual/inching) and quantitative water filling can be set by touch panel.

 

 Optical fibre detects the book blocks, directive slide track and unique hard cover position mode ensure the machine stable and easy operation.

 

  The base of the machine is equipped with high load bearing footmaster casters, which is convenient to level adjusting, fixing and moving the machine.
