Four-side Folding & Bubble Pressing Forming Mechanism
This core forming station finishes four-side wrapping of face paper onto grey board simultaneously. The built-in bubble pressing unit eliminates air bubbles between materials, shapes tidy box corners and avoids wrinkles or glue overflow. The cylinder & servo system can adjust folding pressure and flap width to fit various box specifications.
HMI Control Console & Vacuum Face Paper Conveyor
Equipped with touch screen and physical operation buttons for mode switching, emergency stop and parameter setting. It stores over 300 sets of box formulas and monitors machine running status. The perforated vacuum conveyor absorbs face paper firmly to prevent shifting and steadily transports paper to vision positioning station.
CCD Vision Servo Positioning Platform
The servo gantry platform cooperates with the CCD camera to capture register marks on printed face paper. It automatically compensates printing deviation to achieve precise lamination of grey board and face paper with accuracy of ±0.15mm. No customized positioning moulds are required, supporting fast model changeover.
Grey Board Vacuum Feeding Module
The vacuum suction unit automatically separates and picks single grey board from stacks, then accurately places grey board onto the pre-positioned glued face paper.
