The YX-460ES+ is highly versatile. It handles inner page paper from 40gsm to 120gsm and cover stock from 80gsm to 350gsm (including coated paper and cardboard). It supports standard notebook sizes like A4, A5, B5, and custom sizes. Size changeover takes approximately 15–20 minutes with simple adjustments.

The stable operating speed is 40–60 notebooks per minute (depending on paper thickness and stitching complexity), ensuring high efficiency for mass production.

How many stitching heads does it have? Can it bind thick books?
It comes standard with 2 or 3 stitching heads (customizable). It can securely bind signatures up to 80–100 pages (depending on GSM) without jamming, using high-quality wire feeding systems.

Can the cover feeder handle different materials?
Yes. The automatic cover feeder uses precision suction cups to handle coated paper, matte/glossy cardstock, and even thin plastic covers. The max stack height for the feeder is 500mm, reducing refill frequency.
