It automatically separates single sheet of wrapping face paper from stacked materials, and feeds face paper into the gluing & forming station stably and continuously.
Cycle-Type Glue Evening System
Adopts closed-loop circulating glue supply design, which keeps glue flowing continuously. It stabilizes glue temperature and viscosity at all times, avoiding glue solidification, precipitation and concentration changes during long-time production.
Grey Board Feeding Feeder Unit
It automatically picks single grey board base from stacked materials one by one, and stably delivers grey board into the positioning & forming station continuously.
Visual Positioning System
It realizes automatic matching and lamination between grey board base and printed face paper, positioning precision up to ±0.2mm, completely solves manual alignment errors and inaccurate pasting problems.
Corner Patching for Inner Box Unit
The corner patches effectively fix the four corners of the inner box, prevent box deformation, edge warping and corner cracking, greatly improve the structural firmness and durability of rigid boxes.
Vision Robot Positioning System
The visual system controls the robotic arm to automatically adjust the box position accurately, realize perfect automatic alignment between inner box base and face paper, with positioning precision up to ±0.2mm.
Bubble Pressing & Straight Line Positioning Unit
Presses the straight edges of wrapping paper tightly and evenly onto the box board, prevents edge warping, peeling and loose edges, ensures firm and stable bonding.
Box Forming Unit
The vertical pressing mechanism, edge folding rollers and corner folding brushes work synchronously, to fully fold the four sides and four corners of glued face paper inward, and wrap them tightly onto the grey box base to form a complete standard rigid box.
