ML660Y Intelligent Hydraulic paper plate machine (energy-saving version) is a new type of machine in October 2022 to produce paper plates. The mold is formed using hydraulic forming principle,and after forming,the tray is ejected using a motor function,making the product discharge more stable. Upgrade and improve on the original 600 machine, Energy saving of 4 KWH per hour. It also adds an automatic paper feeding function to reduce manual labor.

1. Material Loading

• Paper Roll Feeding: The raw material, typically a pre-cut paper sheet or roll (often coated with food-grade film), is fed into the machine.
• Paper Feeding Mechanism: Automated rollers or a vacuum-based feeder pull the paper sheet into the forming area.

2. Heating and Forming

• Heating Unit: Paper plates are usually formed by heating the paper sheets. The machine heats the sheets to make them more pliable for molding into the plate shape.
• Die Press Molding: The heated paper is fed between two mold plates (upper and lower). These plates are shaped like the final paper plate design.
• Pressure Application: High pressure is applied, pressing the paper into the mold and forming it into the desired shape, such as round, square, or with specific patterns (ridges).

3. Trimming and Cutting

• Edge Trimming: Once formed, the excess material (edges) is trimmed off. This is done by the cutting mechanism integrated into the die mold.
• Cutting Unit: The formed plate is cut to its exact size, ensuring uniformity.

4. Ejection

• Plate Ejection: After forming, the machine ejects the finished paper plate using a mechanical arm or automated ejector. The plates are moved to a collection area.
• Air Blowing System: Some machines use air blowing systems to assist in ejecting the formed plate from the mold.

5. Stacking and Collection

• Automatic Stacker: The machine stacks the paper plates in a pre-set quantity for easy packaging.
• Finished Product Collection: The finished and stacked paper plates are collected, ready for packaging.

6. Control System

• PLC Control: Many modern paper plate forming machines have a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) system, allowing operators to adjust speed, temperature, plate size, and pressure.
• Sensors and Alarms: Sensors ensure proper alignment and detect errors during production. Alarms notify the operator in case of a malfunction.
