This fruit box forming machine is computer-programmed to fully automate the entire production process—from feeding materials, applying adhesive, edge wrapping, and ear folding to box forming and automatic stacking.

It offers flexible operation, easy maintenance, and exceptional efficiency, achieving production speeds dozens of times faster than traditional manual methods.

Primarily used for processing corrugated cardboard packaging boxes, it is widely applicable for automated production of various packaging boxes for food, fruits, vegetables, and other products, including top-and-bottom lid boxes, inner-fold corner boxes, stackable boxes, and other box types.

Product features

1.Integrated with an imported intelligent glue dispensing system featuring automatic glue compensation, this machine employs vacuum suction for automatic cardboard feeding, enabling seamless continuous operations encompassing feeding, wrapping, folding, molding, conveying, and stacking in a single cycle.

2.Leveraging a motion programmable controller, a photoelectric tracking system, gas source detection and operation capabilities, along with a touch screen human-machine interface, the entire automation process for forming foldable boxes is efficiently executed.

3.Boasting an automatic stacking function, this system also incorporates automatic fault diagnosis and rapid mold adjustment capabilities, ensuring seamless operation and quick adaptability.

4.To minimize glue application errors, fiber positioning is employed during folding, and the cardboard is automatically pushed forward and backward for glue application. This reduces the margin of error for the photoelectric eye when scanning the cardboard, resulting in more precise gluing.

5.An infrared safety protection system is integrated to safeguard the operators well-being. The machine's rack cage design, featuring integral processing and grouped combination, ensures a small footprint with excellent stability.
