Separate stacked paper cup fan blanks one‑by‑one in inclined mode, precisely feed single paper fan to subsequent forming station with pneumatic suction, prevent multi‑piece paper feeding fault, guarantee stable continuous paper supply.
Manually control machine start‑up, stop, reset and emergency stop. Convenient for on‑site debugging, fault handling and equipment safety protection.
Realize hot‑press knurling welding for cup bottom. Melt PE / PLA coating material to seal cup bottom firmly with knurling texture, strengthen bottom tightness, avoid water leakage at cup bottom.
Adopt negative‑pressure air suction to convey finished cups away from mould. Transport finished paper cups to collection area smoothly, avoid cup deformation during discharging, realize automatic cup output.
