1. Set BOPP Film

Unwinding the BOPP Film Roll:

2. Printing

Quality Check:
Ensure an even and consistent application of the adhesive. Any unevenness can cause issues in adhesion or film integrity.

4. Drying Glue

Pass Through a Drying Oven:
The adhesive-coated film is passed through a drying section, often with heated air or infrared lamps, to evaporate the solvent and dry the glue.

Controlled Temperature:
Proper control of temperature and speed is essential to ensure the glue dries correctly without causing the film to overheat or curl.

5. Slitting

Slitting into Required Widths:
After drying, the film is slit into narrower rolls using sharp blades. The slitting section cuts the film to desired sizes, often to meet customer requirements or for specific end-use applications.

Tension Control:
During slitting, the film tension must be controlled to avoid any damage or deformation of the material.

6. Rewinding

Rewinding onto New Cores:
The slit rolls of film are rewound onto individual cores. This step prepares the film for storage, shipment, or further processing.

Final Inspection:
A final visual inspection ensures that the rolls are free from defects like wrinkles, uneven slitting, or adhesive misapplication.

Packaging:
The rewound film rolls are then packed and labeled for distribution or further converting operations.
