Production Process
Unwinding the BOPP Film Roll:

Quality Check:

Pass Through a Drying Oven:

Controlled Temperature:

Slitting into Required Widths:

Rewinding onto New Cores:

A final visual inspection ensures that the rolls are free from defects like wrinkles, uneven slitting, or adhesive misapplication.
Packaging:
The rewound film rolls are then packed and labeled for distribution or further converting operations.
